Thank you for your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

📦 Physical Books

  • Return Window: You may return physical books within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

  • Condition: Items must be unused and in original condition.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your book arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement or refund your order.

  • Return Shipping: Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

💻 Digital Books (eBooks, PDFs, etc.)

  • No Refunds: All digital product sales are final due to the instant-access nature of downloads.

  • Access Issues? If you're having trouble downloading or opening your file, contact us within 7 days and we’ll help resolve it.

📨 How to Request a Refund

Email us at kiaora@hearohatearoha.com with your order number and a brief explanation. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests if:

  • Items show signs of wear, damage, or use

  • Requests fall outside the allowed timeframes
